Access CPD–accredited education and learn about the latest treatments and products at Aesthetic Medicine Live 2021

Now in its seventh year, Aesthetic Medicine Live prides itself on offering world-class CPD-accredited conferences alongside free education that showcases the latest treatments and technologies.

Providing something for everyone, our conference programmes span the whole spectrum of practice, from clinical topics like injectables, skin and body treatments to the ins and outs of running a business, as well as specialist subjects such as plastic surgery and aesthetic regenerative medicine.

This year we will be hosting four individual conference streams – the Aesthetic Regenerative Medicine Conference and main conference, which will run as one agenda this year; the Business Workshop programme; the one-day UK Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (UKAAPS) conference and, for the first time, the oneday Consortium of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Clinic Owners (CAPSCO) conference, bringing more education for plastic surgeons than ever before.

TWO-DAY CPD-ACCREDITED CONFERENCE

This year’s conference will be divided into four separate topics: Aesthetic Regenerative Medicine, Clinical (injectables); Skin and Body. The opening day (Thursday 8 July) will see Mr Ali Ghanem host his popular Aesthetic Regenerative Medicine agenda once again, with guest speakers from around the globe. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about this exciting and developing area of medical aesthetics and to tap into the growing trend for a 360-degree approach to antiageing and regeneration from the inside out.

Thursday afternoon will feature our own Clinical Agenda chaired by Mr Arturo Almeida, covering topics ranging from tear troughs, lips, jawlines and body fillers to the full-face approach and managing complications with hyaluronidase. Speakers will include: Dr Tristan Mehta, Dr Nestor Demosthenous, Dr Rashpal Singh, Dr Uche Aniagwu, Dr Raj Thethi, Dr Pradnya Apte, Dr Sabika Karim, Dr Martyn King, Linda Mather and Sharon King.

Please note: Thursday’s conference will be limited to access by delegates who are a member of a clinical regulatory body (GMC, NMC, GDC or overseas equivalent). Friday will be open to all aesthetic professionals.

DON’T MISS THURSDAY 8 JULY | 2.30pm THE FULL FACE APPROACH WITH FILLERS Join Dr Tristan Mehta for this 20-minute session on The Full Face Approach with Dermal Fillers.

Dr Mehta founded Harley Academy to combat the established lack of standardised medical training provided within the speciality, and works as a cosmetic physician and lead trainer at Harley Academy and STORY Clinic. He created the nationallyrecognised Ofqual-regulated Level 7 qualification in Injectables. Join him for this insightful look into the full-face approach.

DON’T MISS THURSDAY 8 JULY | 4.50PM MANAGING DERMAL FILLER COMPLICATIONS WITH HYALURONIDASE Join the Aesthetics Complications Expert Group (ACE), chaired by Dr Martyn King, for this panel on managing dermal filler complications and the latest guidance on the use of hyaluronidase; how and when to use it, where to be cautious and how to avoid further complications.

Conference delegate passes cost £149 excluding VAT for a two-day pass and £87 excluding VAT for a one-day pass. Lunch will not be provided this year due to covid-19 restrictions, but on-site cafés will be operating for takeaways and we have reduced the conference prices to allow delegates to purchase their own food.
