The Aesthetic Medicine editorial board’s clinical expertise and diverse range of specialities help ensure the magazine meets the needs of the readers. In this issue, we have received guidance from the following members:

DR STEVEN LAND

Dr Steven Land MBBS MRCEM is an aesthetic doctor with 10 years of experience in creating award-winning, natural results at his clinic, Novellus Aesthetics. His clinical foci are lip fillers, full face treatments and non-surgical rhinoplasties.

DR SHIRIN LAKHANI

Dr Shirin Lakhani has an extensive background in medicine, having worked both in general practice and in a hospital environment. She is also a trained anaesthetist. In 2013 she founded Elite Aesthetics in Kent. She also practices at the renowned Cranley Clinic in London. She has specialist expertise in intimate health and appears regularly on television and in the press, as well as speaking at medical conferences worldwide.

MISS JENNIFER DOYLE

Miss Jennifer Doyle is a consultant oculoplastic surgeon and serves as head of aesthetics and chief operating officer at The Clinic Holland Park. She also continues to work part-time within the NHS as a consultant at Milton Keynes University Hospital. She combines her knowledge of ophthalmic surgery with a keen eye for aesthetics, to provide a holistic approach to achieving natural yet effective aesthetic outcomes for her patients.

DR RAJ THETHI

Dr Raj Thethi is a nationally renowned expert in medical aesthetics. As well as being a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, he attained a Level 7 accreditation in medical aesthetic injectables and holds a separate first-class honours degree in anatomy having a personal, specialist interest in head and neck anatomy.

VANESSA BIRD

Vanessa Bird has worked for many leading distributers in aesthetics. She uses over a decade of industry experience, knowledge, and connections as The Aesthetic Consultant to understand the specific challenges faced by many successful, high-profile individuals and clinics as she helps them to succeed in the elite ‘top tier’.
