THE SYNERGY OF DERMAL FILLERS AND DEVICES

Dr Gabriela Bocsa discusses her clinical experience with smart combination technology

Neauvia has introduced a unique concept known as ‘smart combination technology’ (SCT), which integrates its high-quality dermal fillers with cutting-edge devices to enhance treatment efficacy.

Neauvia dermal fillers are renowned for their innovative composition, featuring poly(ethylene glycol) hydrogel (PEG)crosslinked hyaluronic acid, which provides enhanced biocompatibility and longevity. In my practice, I have incorporated Neauvia fillers, particularly the Intense and Stimulate range, in combination with the unique skin booster Hydro Deluxe and advanced devices, such as Laser Me.

My decision to switch to Neauvia fillers was driven by several key factors:

1. Superior biocompatibility: The PEGcrosslinking technology in Neauvia fillers reduces the risk of adverse reactions, ensuring higher patient safety and satisfaction

2. Longevity and durability: Patients experienced longer-lasting results with Neauvia fillers, reducing the frequency of follow-up treatments

3. Versatility: Neauvia’s product range caters to a wide array of aesthetic needs, allowing for greater customisation and precision in treatment planning.

The SCT involves a strategic approach where fillers and devices are used sequentially or simultaneously to maximise treatment benefits. Moreover, its PEGbased formulation of dermal fillers offers thermal stability, enabling synergetic use with energy-based devices like Laser Me.

The Nboost protocol focuses on the use of the Laser Me device, in conjunction with Hydro Deluxe skin booster and Neauvia fillers.

In my practice, I start with a comprehensive patient assessment, including facial analysis and skin quality evaluation. Then, I tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs and aesthetic goals.

HOW DO I USE SCT IN MY PRACTICE?

• Pre-treatment with Hydro Deluxe: Hydro Deluxe is unique due to its composition of hyaluronic acid enriched with calcium hydroxyapatite. This combination not only provides deep hydration but also stimulates collagen production, enhancing skin texture and elasticity. The skin booster is administered prior to dermal filler application to prepare the skin by deeply hydrating and revitalising it. This step ensures better filler integration and improves overall results.

• Following the skin booster: Neauvia dermal fillers are injected to restore volume, smooth out deeper wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. With improved skin quality postfiller, laser treatment is used enhances the skin’s receptivity to the dermal filler, ensuring better integration and results. Laser Me is a non-ablative fractional laser device used for skin resurfacing and rejuvenation. It effectively targets pigmentation, fine lines, and textural irregularities, stimulating collagen production and promoting overall skin health.

The combined use of Neauvia fillers and the Laser Me device has given impressive results in my practice. Patients have reported high satisfaction rates, citing natural-looking enhancements, improved skin texture, and minimal downtime. The synergistic effect of SCT has been particularly evident in patients seeking comprehensive facial rejuvenation, as the dual approach addresses multiple ageing concerns simultaneously.

The integration of Neauvia dermal fillers with their advanced devices represents

a significant advancement in aesthetic medicine. Ifind that SCT not only enhances the efficacy of individual treatments, but also offers a holistic approach to patient care. This method aligns with the growing trend towards combination therapies, which are increasingly recognised for their ability to deliver superior and long-lasting results.

Neauvia’s SCT exemplifies the future of aesthetic treatments, where the integration of high-quality dermal fillers and innovative devices like the Laser Me can achieve unparalleled results. My clinical experience has demonstrated that this approach not only meets but exceeds patient expectations, providing natural, long-lasting enhancements with minimal downtime. As aesthetic medicine continues to evolve, embracing such synergistic technologies will be crucial for practitioners aiming to deliver the highest standard of care.
