Promoting healthy cellular radiofrequency

Radiofrequency (RF) is classified as electrotherapy, with devices typically working with currents in a range from 30.000 Hz and 30 MHz. RF is typically used to increase local tissue temperature and generate heat. The effects of treatment depend upon the temperature reached, depth of penetration, and the length of time that the temperature is maintained in the treated area.

Numerous scientific studies have demonstrated the intrinsic properties of RF delivered in a wave of 448 kHz, with effects such as normalising cell function. This frequency has regenerative, anti-inflammatory, anti-algic and anti-adipogenic effects, as well as stimulating stem cell proliferation in vitro studies.

Research shows that the stable RF of 448 kHz achieves three different treatment effects, resulting in hyperactivation, vascularisation and biostimulation.

Hyperactivation has a hyperthermal effect, which breaks down fat/fatty deposits, detoxifies and encourages toxin drainage, increases cell metabolism, and encourages collagen production.

Vascularisation (thermal effect) dilates blood vessels, increases blood flow, oxygenates tissues and cells, increases cell metabolism, and encourages drainage. Coupled with Biostimulation (subthermal effect) this activates the cell metabolic rate, increasing blood circulation, and activates fibroblasts.

With over 40 years of research and 400 scientific studies, 448 kHz RF is now being used in the medical, veterinary, beauty and aesthetic markets.

In the world of aesthetics, the wavelength is used to treat pre- and post-surgery wounds for accelerated healing, reducing redness, swelling, warmth, and pain, shortening the recovery period and providing an overall better treatment for the patient. By generating collagen fibres, detoxifying, and repairing tissue and increasing lymphatic drainage, 448 kHz provides benefits for body contouring, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, skin hydration, facial and body skin rejuvenation, vaginal rejuvenation, and hair restoration treatments.

448 kHz RF can be used in combination with other aesthetic treatments and technologies such as threads, fillers, and fractional COlaser to reduce the recovery time and/or enhance the effects.

Unique to Indiba energy-based devices, 448 kHz promotes a healthy cellular function based upon the restoration of repair on current tissue providing immediate and unparalleled long-term results of more than one benefit in any one treatment with no pain, little downtime, and minimal contra-indications.
