How did you begin your career in laser hair removal?
“Around nine years ago, I wanted laser hair removal, and every service I found was either very expensive or suspiciously cheap. So, I thought, why not create an affordable and reliable brand? I have been the owner of Laser HQ for eight and a half years, and it’s amazing, I love feeling like I am changing people’s lives.”

Why is laser hair removal so profitable?
“When you first start, the machines can seem quite expensive. However, the treatment itself is fast, because you only need to go over the area once or twice, so there is a big turnover of clients coming in daily, and returning for optimal results.”
“This means there’s a consistency of clients coming in for a top-up, every six to eight weeks, to get the desired results. Therefore, for approximately eight to 12 months, you will have the same clients coming in for further treatments. This cycle of quick treatments and returning clients makes laser hair removal a profitable service.”
What are the benefits of using a multi-use machine such as Primelase?
“So we originally invested in the Elysion Pro machine, which provides amazing results, but we wanted to extend our services. We chose to invest in Primelase for its multi-use functions. We particularly focus on this aspect in marketing because we have a large client base primarily coming in for hair removal. Whilst they’re in the clinic, it is simple to change the head and perform another service in the same session.”
