Named after London’s famous medical destination, GetHarley is a digital platform and product retail service designed to make selling skincare easy and pleasurable, while prompting repeat purchases and providing a premium, personalised service for each patient.

“GetHarley is able to facilitate a flexible partnership. The team works closely with you and your business to make sure that it supports how you want to run your practice and how you want to sell skincare. I use GetHarley for both my Kent and London businesses, but in very different ways. In Kent, the first regime sale is generally done in-clinic, utilising our in-clinic inventory. The replenishment is taken care of by GetHarley. In London I don’t hold skincare stock, so all of my skincare sales are done via GetHarley, and it is supported by my own designated GetHarley account manager. On my non-clinic days I also meet new customers online for skincare consultations, sent to me by GetHarley. “I never focused on repeat purchases from my patients before GetHarley. The beauty is, I still don’t have to as GetHarley does that for me. The support I receive from GetHarley is priceless.
