GetHarley enables practitioners to sell directly to the patient and drive repeat sales anytime, anywhere, without any inventory risk.

Named after London’s famous medical destination, GetHarley is a digital platform and product retail service designed to make selling skincare easy and pleasurable, while prompting repeat purchases and providing a premium, personalised service for each patient.

Utilising GetHarley differently to suit the contrasting needs of her clinics.

“GetHarley is able to facilitate a flexible partnership. The team works closely with you and your business to make sure that it supports how you want to run your practice and how you want to sell skincare. I use GetHarley for both my Kent and London businesses, but in very different ways. In Kent, the first regime sale is generally done in-clinic, utilising our in-clinic inventory. The replenishment is taken care of by GetHarley. In London I don’t hold skincare stock, so all of my skincare sales are done via GetHarley, and it is supported by my own designated GetHarley account manager. On my non-clinic days I also meet new customers online for skincare consultations, sent to me by GetHarley. I can tell you that my skincare sales have increased exponentially since working with GetHarley.”

My Kent Clinic

1. Patient comes in clinic for an appointment

2. Patient purchases recommended skincare products from our stock on shelf

3. If we run out of stock or the patient needs a prescription product, GetHarley can help deliver

4. Patient will get a replenishment reminder from GetHarley’s automatic algorithm when they are due a restock

My Harley St Clinic

1. Patient comes in clinic for an appointment

2. As we don’t have a stock shelf in this clinic, we recommended all our skincare through GetHarley

3. Patients receive an email from GetHarley with their skincare plan link

4. Patient will get a replenishment reminder from GetHarley’s automatic algorithm when they are due a restock

Sells more skincare now she has the support of the GetHarley team.

“I never focused on repeat purchases from my patients before GetHarley. The beauty is, I still don’t have to as GetHarley does that for me. The support I receive from GetHarley is priceless. My patients are looked after and they keep buying skincare from me, and that is down to the GetHarley team. Of course it’s up to me to make that first sale, but it’s made easier by GetHarley and now I make more passive income than I ever did! On average I now make £10K profit per month, even if I am out of the business.”

Offering online consultations and skincare plans to all followers who direct message for advice.

“Before working with GetHarley I would get a lot of Instagram DMs from people wanting personal advice. There was no way I had time to help each person and many couldn’t physically book into one of my clinics. I therefore felt I was letting them down and wished I could help every single one of them. Then I partnered with GetHarley and now I offer online consultations to them all. This is so efficient and most of them buy skincare too and so I get to help them more and monetise more. It really is a fantastic service and the team never let me down.”

Able to do online consultations for severe skin conditions for a higher price and include prescription products in the delivery with everyday skincare.

“GetHarley helps my patients to be compliant with their skincare, without me having to spend my time checking in regularly, this really helps with my time management! It’s also extremely efficient for my patients to get their prescription products with their daily skincare regime in one delivery. I therefore know they have the products and I know the GetHarley concierge team are in touch with them making sure they are using them. GetHarley is like an extension of my team and a team I can wholly rely on.”
