A new approach to FULL FACE REJUVENATION

Rochford-based Emma Wright from EW Aesthetic started her aesthetics journey 20 years ago as an emergency nurse. Here, she provides her overview of a revolutionary technique for full face rejuvenation that she recently introduced in her clinic: the Stylage® eight-point lift technique

Full face rejuvenation appears to be an increasingly popular treatment among patients. They want to look less tired, or less angry. In this regard, dermal fillers are for me the perfect treatment option because they offer very natural results by treating only some key spots. In my clinic, we have introduced the eight-point lift using Stylage® XL and XXL products and have achieved excellent results with it.

I was invited to attend an eight-point lift training course with VIVACY, organised by my local product specialist Zoey Hughes and presented by Dr Zunaid Alli. This was a new, different way to perform full face rejuvenation for me and it became apparent during the training day that this technique was going to greatly benefit my patients seeking this treatment in the clinic. Treating the whole face with this technique allows us to lift and rejuvenate with results that turn back the years.

My patients love and embrace the Stylage® eight-point lift technique, as it provides a noticeable, rejuvenated appearance while maintaining a natural-looking result. I like the simplicity of this technique, it’s easy to master. I believe the success of this technique lies in great part with the fact that the VIVACY volumising range is, to all extents, designed specifically for volumising indications.

The patented IPNlike technology and the skilful rheology applied to both Stylage® XL and XXL products mean that their respective viscoelastic properties allow different volumisation approaches. Stylage® XL, with a HA concentration of 26mg/g, restores the lost volume of the face while bringing that refreshed, rejuvenated look back to my patients. Stylage® XXL, on the other hand, is less concentrated than Stylage® XL – 21mg/g – but its viscoelasticic properties are greater, to avoid the product spreading between adipocytes of the subcutaneous fat. Stylage® XXL proves itself to be best in the range for creating that projection and even the illusion of a bone structure, with very little amount of product.

Only four entry points and two syringes of 1 ml are necessary to give incredible results, which are extremely favourable from a clinical point of view and affordable for most patients’ budgets. In addition, the innovative patented delivery system with a unique and ergonomic design, the Bi-SOFT® Injection Technology, offers me greater precision, comfort and control to inject those highly viscoelastic products into the patient’s tissues.
