Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme is the founder and medical director of Adonia Medical Clinic in Central London. Dr Ejikeme is committed to continuously developing her skill set to provide cutting-edge, scientifically driven treatments that cater to all skin types.

She is particularly passionate about including innovative treatments that cater to all skin tones and improving the experiences of Black minority ethnic professionals and consumers by advancements in education.

Her talent has been recognised in numerous awards including Best Aesthetic Skin Doctor UK 2023 by the Marie Claire UK Skin Awards and Best Social Media at the Aesthetic Medicine Awards 2024. She has attracted a large following on Instagram and TikTok, leveraging trends to share recommendations and advice.

DR SHARON BELMO

Dr Sharon Belmo is a consultant dermatologist and one of the UK’s leading dermatologists for Black skin and Afro-textured hair. She worked in the NHS for 16 years before opening her private Harley Street clinic.

Her Instagram page is a wealth of knowledge for common issues affecting Black hair where she dives into topics like traction alopecia, PRP for hair growth and how to get rid of razor bumps. She also regularly debunks myths relating to Black skin and hair.

Dr Belmo is passionate about diversifying dermatology. She wrote the first dermatology skin of colour syllabus for the UK dermatology training curriculum. This means it is now a national requirement for UK dermatology trainees to have experience in ethnic skin and hair.

DR ZARA NORTLEY

Dr Zara Nortley is a qualified dental surgeon and owner of Atout by Dr Zara Nortley. Dr Nortley is passionate about expanding her knowledge; attending courses and conferences to ensure she provides the best care for her patients.

DR NATASHA BERRIDGE

The genius Dr Natasha Berridge is a highly experienced oral, maxillofacial and aesthetic surgeon. As the owner of Face Surgery Doctor, Dr Berridge provides facial plastic surgery, non-invasive interventions and gender-affirming facial procedures.

She is deeply passionate about facial feminisation and recently featured in Channel 4’s Love My Face series performing this life-changing surgery.

She is a finalist for the Safety in Beauty Diamond Awards 2025, in the category of The Best Surgical Transformation Award 2025.

DR CATHERINE FAIRRIS

Dr Catherine Fairris specialises in expert-led, patient-first care. You will regularly see her insights featured in glossy mags and academic journals.

Dr Fairris qualified as a doctor in 2008, having previously gained her BSc in Pharmacology. She completed her medical training working in the NHS before specialising in aesthetic medicine. She is the former president of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM) and now sits on the board. Dr Fairris is particularly interested in the all-important topic of complication management in aesthetics.
