Mesoestetic has developed sensitive skin solutions, a range of products designed to treat permanent and temporary skin sensitivity and restore the skin’s balance, with maximum skin tolerance. Cynosure

Cynosure has announced the launch of the PicoSure Pro system, the first FDAcleared 755nm picosecond laser on the market. PicoSure Pro’s advanced Platinum Focus™ Lens Array is used to increase collagen and elastin to help combat wrinkles, acne scars and visible pores. With the addition of the Flat Lens, PicoSure Pro is now also the first and only picosecond laser FDA-cleared for the treatment of melasma and other hyperpigmentation issues such as nevus of Ota and Hori’s nevus.

Mesoestetic

Also new from Mesoestetic this month comes the pre-procedure cleansing solution. The product promotes cellular renewal, smoothing the skin surface and enhancing the subsequent penetration and absorption of the active ingredients. It contains glycolic and lactic acids to stimulate cell renewal; salicylic acid, which exerts keratolytic, comedolytic and antiinflammatory effects; lactobionic acid with antioxidant and antiageing effects to prevent dehydration and calming, anti-inflammatory and soothing alpha biabolol.
