Destination Glow

The doors are now open, and aestheticians are assured a radiant reception at HydraFacial’s latest venture in the capital – HydraFacial LDN Flagship. Located on Portman Square in London’s bustling West End, the hybrid space has been designed to help drive consumer demand and connect the European-wide HydraFacial community with innovative training, education and marketing opportunities.

As the space between health and beauty continues to converge at warp speed, consumer appetite for results-focused, yet minimally invasive treatments, shows no sign of slowing. Following a two-year renovation, the state-of-the-art LDN Flagship is HydraFacial’s largest investment to date and underpins the company’s ‘skin health’ ambitions for the UK and EMEA markets.

What can the aesthetic industry expect? “Crucially, a glowing welcome!” comments UK & Ireland Country Manager Lauren Gibson, who joined HydraFacial in October 2021, following senior national and international roles at Dermalogica South Africa and Esse Skincare.

“Our UK HydraFacial community is valued, and everything about our new LDN Flagship has been designed to support their commercial success”, she continues. “From our accredited CONNECT training programme to our unique treatment ecosystem, the LDN Flagship is an interactive, digital space for HydraFacialists to connect and collaborate.”

In an industry first, HydraFacial is running a media-backed campaign of complementary treatment experiences at the LDN Flagship, specifically designed to fuel consumer interest, increase social conversations and drive excited consumers to their nearest provider to continue their HydraFacial journey.

Every month, the LDN Flagship will deliver up to 750 deluxe treatments for registered members of the public, allowing the treatment-curious to -just once -‘try before they buy’. This novel ecosystem is designed to socially inspire and source new patient prospects before converting them to a skin health programme with a recommended local provider.

Established in 1997, HydraFacial is one of the world’s leading aesthetic device manufacturers and pioneers of hydradermabrasion technology. HydraFacial currently operates in 87 countries around the world, has over 450 employees and works with more than 50 distributors serving more than 12,700 customers worldwide. The new LDN Flagship will play a part in delivering more than 2.5 million treatments globally in 2022.

In addition to inspiring consumers to try the inaugural 3-step HydraFacial treatment, the LDN Flagship team has curated a programme of events to support longstanding customers and new prospects alike.

Alongside media masterclasses on trending wellbeing topics, the venue will play host to collaborative brand events and expert-led forums with doctors, facialists and make-up artists alike. A new VIP suite means celebrities and journalists can be treated in comfort and confidence, with West End stars and sporting legends already lined up to experience a radiance reset.
