How Lynton overcame adversity during the challenging times of covid-19...

DR JON EXLEY (PHD), MANAGING DIRECTOR AT LYNTON:

“2020 has been a challenging year for many during the uncertain times of covid-19, but with 25 years in business, this is not the first time Lynton has experienced adversity, and it probably won’t be the last! In fact, on our core company values: reliability, quality, integrity, positivity and care. Since the onset of the pandemic, we have worked tirelessly to assist our customers and show leadership within the industry. We implemented a payment freeze to support businesses during the lockdown in April and we are incredibly pleased with how 2020 has turned out! We’ve managed to rapidly realign our business during this challenging environment by focusing May. At the same time, we launched our digital education programme which continues to provide a series of free webinars aimed at keeping aesthetic businesses thriving, developing, and learning – particularly during lockdown. As clinics prepared to re-open, we created a range of business support tools including a risk assessment template and detailed checklist document as a guide to creating a safe working environment for both clinicians and clients. Keeping our values at the core of everything we do, Lynton has made these documents and much more freely available to anyone – just visit our website (lynton.co.uk) or email info@lynton.co.uk to find out more.”

I have found their online resources and webinars extremely useful. They are truly committed to helping us as a clinic provide clinical excellence to our clients.”

Dr Ahmed El Houssieny, Bank Medispa, bankmedispa.co.uk

“Having worked in the industry for years, I knew exactly what ingredients to look for in a partner. Lynton’s professionalism, dedication, science and care is outstanding. Add to that an amazing team. I am truly grateful.”

Dr Pradnya Apte, Skin Southwest, skinsouthwest.co.uk

“When choosing aesthetic equipment you need to pick a credible brand like Lynton. Their history and the fact that the NHS has chosen them as an approved supplier showed me their reliability. The fact Lynton are British based gave me the reassurance that they could have an engineer out to us within 48 hours if anything was to go wrong.
