ACE 2025

Business Design Centre, London

The Aesthetics Conference and Exhibition (ACE) 2025 was held on March 14–15, bringing together professionals from the medical aesthetics field. The event, which featured over 80 exhibitors and offered CPD-accredited educational sessions, provided attendees with insights into the latest aesthetic technologies and practices.

Following the conference, the Aesthetics Awards 2025 took place on the evening of March 15 at Grosvenor House. The ceremony recognised excellence across 26 categories in the aesthetics industry. Notable winners included Dr Kate Goldie, who received the Outstanding Achievement in Medical Aesthetics award, and Dr James Olding, named Medical Aesthetic Practitioner of the Year. Other awards honoured clinics, products, and initiatives that demonstrated significant contributions to the field.

BAMAN SPRING SYMPOSIUM 2025

The King’s Fund, Cavendish Square

The fourth annual Spring Symposium took place on April 4 and brought together over 160 nurses for a day of education, networking, and celebration. The event sold out months in advance and offered British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurse’s (BAMAN’s) members and guests a vibrant space for connection and advanced learning.

The day opened with recognition of BAMAN’s recent leadership transition, as the newly elected board of directors thanked the outgoing board for their service and contribution.

Teoxane UK joined the line-up as headline sponsor, and Dr Lee Walker delivered a standout session on facial rejuvenation, complementing a CPD-accredited agenda that explored dermatology, perimenopause, regulation, and more. The networking space featured a curated line-up of leading exhibitors, offering a hands-on look at the best of medical aesthetic nursing.

AMWC 2025

Grimaldi Forum, Monaco

AMWC 2025 took place from March 27–29, bringing together leading voices in aesthetic medicine from across Europe. Teoxane introduced R-ENERGY, a multidimensional approach to improving skin quality via targeted injectables and a specialised dermocosmetic routine. Galderma showcased 11 e-posters, including new data on Relfydess demonstrating rapid onset and lasting satisfaction, in vivo findings on Sculptra highlighting lower inflammatory response, and the largest survey on facial changes linked to medication-driven weight loss. Editorial board member Vanessa Bird, who is on the AMWC faculty, was the only non-clinician in her session, and presented on defining your USP as an injector, spoke for Merz on the patient journey (with a surprise visit from Prince Albert), and contributed an e-poster on ethical communication in aesthetics.

THE EVOLUTION OF 3D

The Belfry Hotel and Resort, Warwickshire

On April 7, 3D Aesthetics hosted an exclusive event unveiling the brand’s bold new direction and commitment to innovation in aesthetics. In a welcoming and collaborative space hosted by Roy Cowley, the event featured insights from leading brand partners, such as Vagaro, HydroPeptide, Wigmore Medical, and ALLSKIN | MED. The informative agenda included the highly anticipated launch of 3D Aesthetics’ new Elite MD medical division and a first look at the brand’s latest equipment innovations. Sessions explored technology-accelerated skincare, the strategic vision behind new brand collaborations, cutting-edge protocols, such as combining microneedling, radiofrequency, and growth factors, and embracing ‘Blue Ocean Thinking’.

INNERGIZE 2025

The Gherkin, London

Zenoti hosted a UK edition of its Innergize summit, featuring tailored advice from experts, exclusive industry insights, and meaningful connections with beauty and wellness leaders. Highlights included an inspiring talk on building a business that aligns with your values, a lively panel on driving growth through brand loyalty, and a glamorous champagne awards supper with live entertainment and a keynote from Zenoti’s founder and chief executive Sudheer Koneru.

DERMAFOCUS/DERMOPERFECTION VIP EVENING

On April 10, DermaFocus and Dermoperfection hosted a VIP consumer-facing event, spotlighting regenerative aesthetics and patient safety. The evening, which was the culmination of a three-day campaign, featured an intimate conversation between beauty expert Nathalie Eleni and DermaFocus’ head of CSP Team Rebecca Henry, fostering open dialogue around evidence-based treatments and consumer awareness. Stuart Logan from Dermoperfection reflected on the broader campaign’s success, noting it “highlighted vital industry standards, safety practices, and quality treatments,” while also empowering consumers to make informed choices. Francesca Cox from DermaFocus emphasised that “consumer education is the forefront of safety in aesthetics,” and championed Plinest Polynucleotides HPT as a gold standard in regenerative medicine, backed by two decades of clinical data.

RAES 15TH UK REGENERATIVE AESTHETIC EXOCOBIO SUMMIT 2025

Royal Society of Medicine, London

The RAES 15th UK Regenerative Aesthetic ExoCoBio Summit 2025 took place on March 17 at the Royal Society of Medicine, bringing together leading voices in regenerative aesthetics. The event offered a look at the latest innovations in exosome-based treatments, with engaging keynote talks from Mr Byong Seung Cho, Dr Munir Somji, Dr Apul Parikh and Dr Ayah Siddiqi. Delegates benefitted from networking opportunities with fellow professionals and industry experts, and with a packed agenda, the summit was great opportunity for aesthetic practitioners wanting to learn more about regenerative science.

ALLSKIN|MED SKIN AND HAIR MASTERCLASS

One Aldwych Hotel, Covent Garden

Contributing reporter Erin Leybourne attended an exclusive ALLSKIN|MED skin and hair lunch masterclass at the luxurious One Aldwych Hotel in Covent Garden.

Hosted by the minds behind Heliocare, the event showcased ALLSKIN|MED’s cutting-edge dermo-cosmetic range designed to elevate in-clinic treatment results. Attendees were treated to expert insights from a stellar panel: Dr Paris Acharya, Dr Catherine Fairris, and Caroline Hall, who shared their knowledge on regenerative skin and hair care.

A beautifully curated canapé menu, featuring ingredients selected for their skin and hair benefits, was served alongside champagne, creating the perfect setting for networking and in-depth discussion. Guests had the opportunity to engage directly with the experts and left with a suite of unreleased ALLSKIN|MED products, plus the chance to book in-clinic treatments.

CLINIQUE – THE SCIENCE OF GLOW

Protein Studios, East London

On March 18, Clinique brought together beauty lovers, press, and skincare professionals, including editor Anna Dobbie, for an immersive event, offering an exclusive deep dive into the innovation behind the brand’s glowing skin philosophy.

Hosted by Sali Hughes, the evening featured a thought-provoking conversation with two of Clinique’s global experts: Dr Tom Mammone, vice president of skin physiology and pharmacology, and Janet Pardo, senior vice president of product development. Together, they unveiled the cutting-edge research and formulation science powering Clinique’s latest glow-boosting technologies.

Guests also got to enjoy interactive displays, product testing, and plenty of glowy moments!

UK LAUNCH OF KERALASE

Linneaen, London

Contributing reporter Erin Leybourne spent a morning at hair and beauty salon Linneaen in Nine Elms with Seriderm, for the UK launch of hair restoration treatment Keralase.

She listened to a panel discussion including Seriderm’s business director Kevin Williams, trichologist Shirley Rodriguez, and dermatologist Dr Ellie Rashid. Williams shared his own experience with the treatment, as well as some of the background behind the KeraFactor Serum.

Rodriguez explained where she uses the treatment to help her clients with pattern hair loss and how she uses it as part of a holistic treatment plan to maximise results.

Dr Rashid went into detail about the science behind the treatment and how it works, targeting water in the skin to create channels so the serum can be better absorbed.

After the panel, guests were invited to watch a live demonstration of the treatment and allowed to have a scalp massage or wash and blowdry with the team from Linneaen.
