TIME-SAVING SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES
As part of our business masterclass series with Aesthetic Medicine, Seb Brantigan and Philip Elder from Exceptional Aesthetics looks at how you can save time with systems and processes
HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED WHAT SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES YOU NEED TO SAVE TIME AND GROW REVENUE?
Aesthetic Medicine, in partnership with Exceptional Aesthetics, recently held a live webinar to show you how it’s done. If for some reason you missed it, have a look back at Aesthetic Medicine’s social pages, or check out Exceptional Aesthetics’ accounts for a link to see the recording.
We covered the key strategies that can allow you to buy back your time using systems and processes, therefore achieving more by doing less. Here’s a sneak peek at what we covered at a higher level.
WHAT IS AN EXAMPLE OF A SYSTEM OR PROCESS CAN YOU CREATE?
A very powerful system you can set up is customer relationship management (CRM) software, that sends personalised yet automated marketing messages to your current and potential clients. Instead of contacting people one by one, which takes up too much time, you can reach out to your entire database with the same effort.
CRMs are also very cost-effective and, unless you have a database with tens of thousands of people, your monthly maintenance costs are minimal compared to radio advertising or other traditional marketing methods.
The goal of a CRM system is not to eradicate the human touch, even though it can store details such as a person’s name to personalise messages. What it does do is automate the follow-up message to your clients in case you are too busy and forget to reach out.
Systems such as CRMs are very reliable and take a lot of the workload of things like postappointment touchpoints or feedback. Make sure to investigate setting up systems and processes like this for your business.
That’s it for this month’s feature, be sure to tune in for next month’s webinar!
