Hydrafacial takes personalisation to its highest level yet with the launch of Syndeo

Hydrafacial has long been a market leader in personalised treatments, offering an unrivalled level of customisation. As consumers continue to seek out bespoke cosmetic and aesthetic experiences, Hydrafacial’s focus on booster collaborations with best-in-class brands is helping providers enrich their customer offerings.

Inspired by trends but rooted in efficacy, Hydrafacial partner boosters allow clients to enjoy their trusted skincare brands at home and in-clinic, creating a seamless skin health programme Aestheticians can nurture the client relationship by tailoring treatments to a specific concern or seasonal need, thereby increasing client satisfaction and retention.

Providers can choose from a range of boosters to customise their in-clinic offering, including collaborations from both derm-approved and celebrity-endorsed skincare brands. Recently, the Clarifying booster has joined the existing range of Hydrafacial X Murad boosters, targeting key skincare concerns with bestselling formulas. The Clarifying booster targets acne and congestion-prone skin, and joins the Retinol booster, formulated for uneven skin tone, fine lines and wrinkles, and Vita-C, the pigmentation and dark spot booster solution.

With more clients seeking whole-body skin confidence, the Epicutis booster for the neck and décolleté provides a blend of highly concentrated actives that visibly revitalise the neckline, making the skin look smoother and younger. ZO Health x Hydrafacial boosters also target a variety of concerns such as inflammation, skin redness, pigmentation, and brown spots.

The launch of the Syndeo device, the latest innovation from Hydrafacial, further enhances the personalised Hydrafacial experience. Syndeo utilises automatic booster selection for more efficient consumable usage and features customisable sound and light settings to meet the needs of both neurodivergent clients and therapists. Syndeo is programmed to deliver 12 treatments, including six Hydrabody treatments, and Perk.

“With Syndeo, clinic upsell opportunities are endless. There are thousands of ways to personalise, as protocols can be woven into complementary treatments to maximise client results and ROI,” comments Lauren Gibson, country manager for UK and Ireland. “Wi-Fi connected, software updates take minutes over the cloud, meaning Hydrafacialists can stay up-to-date and informed on new launches in just a few swipes.”
