SKINCEUTICALS MASTER PHYSICIAN EVENT

Fairmont Windsor Park, Windsor

SkinCeuticals welcomed leading aesthetic physicians from across the UK and Ireland to Fairmont Windsor Park on September 14 and 15 for its annual Master Physician Event.

Editor Kezia Parkins and sales manager Lisa Merrigan were lucky enough to be in attendance at the retreat-style event, set against the hotel’s beautiful grounds.

The 24-hour programme combined clinical education, business insight and time to reconnect with colleagues. Michelle Cochrane, head of education and strategic partnerships at SkinCeuticals, hosted the event and guided guests through a packed agenda spanning the modern patient, homecare, antioxidants, rosacea, GLP-1 patients and patient loyalty.

Among the highlights was a virtual appearance from British entrepreneur and fashion designer Emma Grede. Her hugely inspirational session, Scaling Excellence: Building a Luxury Brand with Global Impact, offered candid insight into ambition, leadership and creating brands with lasting influence. Aesthetic consultant Vanessa Bird also explored how AI could be integrated into clinical practice, giving delegates plenty to consider as technology continues to reshape patient care while Victoria Hiscock’s session on elevating consultations unpacked the psychology of sales through practical examples and lively discussion.

The evening moved to the Fairmont Monarch Suite for a champagne reception and delicious banquet. It was a chance to relax and laugh with the SkinCeuticals team and friends of the magazine, including Eleanor Hartley, Dr Ben Taylor-Davies and Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme, before retiring to the hotel’s plush rooms.

Following a restful night, guests could choose from wellness activities including yoga, Pilates, spinning, cryotherapy and a sound bath. The retreat concluded with a relaxed networking breakfast.

BEAUTOLOGY CLINIC LAUNCH

St Neots

Sales manager Lisa Morrin and editorial assistant Connie Cooper took a trip to Beautology’s head office in St Neots to celebrate the opening of the Beautology Clinic at the company’s offices. Co-founder and aesthetic practitioner

Katie Anna showed us around the new clinic, showcasing its range of laser systems, including the latest addition, the ADVATx laser system.

Clinical trainer John Wilson also demonstrated the new device on one of Katie’s patients, Lisa, who has experienced telangiectasia on her cheeks since her twenties. Before the session, Lisa had already noticed a visible improvement following just one treatment.

Guests spent the afternoon networking with the Beautology team, clients and fellow aesthetic professionals, while learning more about the clinic and the technology behind its treatments.

NEAUVIA, THE DEVICE EDIT

The Pyramid at ME London, The Strand

Connie joined practitioners at the ME hotel for the Neauvia Device Edit, held in the hotel’s iconic space. The immersive event explored the technologies, treatment strategies and clinical thinking shaping the future of regenerative aesthetics.

Guests spent the afternoon with industry experts and the Neauvia team learning about the devices and techniques they have to offer, including how their devices, injectables and skincare can be combined to create comprehensive treatment plans. ALASTIN C-RADICAL LAUNCH BREAKFAST

Institute of Contemporary Arts, London

Alastin Skincare by Galderma held an exclusive breakfast at London’s Institute of Contemporary Arts to celebrate the UK launch of C-Radical Defense Antioxidant Serum. Hosted by aesthetic doctor and plastic surgeon Dr Ash Soni, the morning explored regenerative skincare, clinical data and the evolving role of topical products in supporting skin before and after energy-based treatments. Guests were also introduced to the wider Alastin portfolio and its focus on protecting the skin’s structural proteins while supporting long-term rejuvenation.

Taking centre stage was C-Radical Defense Antioxidant Serum, a next-generation vitamin C formula combining an encapsulated form of sodium ascorbate with 14 antioxidants. Developed to help brighten the complexion and defend against free-radical damage, the formulation is also designed to preserve elastin, a protein essential to the skin’s strength and elasticity.

The event also spotlighted Restorative Skin Complex and Alastin’s proprietary TriHex Technology, a patented peptide blend developed to support the removal of damaged collagen and elastin fragments while encouraging the production of a healthier skin matrix. Against the gallery setting of the ICA’s Nash and Brandon Rooms, the intimate breakfast offered a closer look at the science shaping Alastin’s approach to daily skincare, treatment preparation and post-procedure recovery.
