Croma–Pharma

Juvenus is a new polynucleotide-based injectable moisturiser from Croma. The gel – based on polymerised polynucleotides of natural origin – has been specially developed for the treatment of various concerns of the face and body, hydrating skin and restoring tissue elasticity; and provides an antioxidant effect for fibroblast growth. Available in two concentrations, 2% Medium to target slightly deeper wrinkles, such as superficial perioral wrinkles, cheek wrinkles and medium scars; and 2.5% Strong, recommended for medium to deep wrinkles, deep scars and larger areas of the body. Juvenus is also designed to be effective against various overall signs of ageing such as loss of skin firmness and uneven skin tone.

Pure Swiss Aesthetics

New to the UK from Pure Swiss Aesthetics is the German-made Slimyonik Air Bodystyler. The wearable device combines pressure therapy massage for manual lymph drainage with 24 air-pressure chambers, with oxygen-enriched air inhalation to stimulate tissue to improve metabolism, the treatment aims to provide a “360-degree approach to wellness”. The Slimyonik Air Bodystyler carries eight bespoke programs and 11 algorithms that can be tailored to each clients’ individual needs, whether it be slimming and cellulite massage, pre- and post-fat-loss treatments, or post-sport.

4T Medical

New to the UK is the Cube Light, distributed by 4T Medical. The Cube Light offers the latest in LED technology for skin repair and rejuvenation, using six different wavelengths of light, which penetrate the skin at different depths and can be used individually or combined to treat a wide range of skin concerns including acne, sun damage, redness and rosacea, inflammatory conditions, wound healing and hair loss, as well as reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

The Aesthetic product supplier has also launched Globasept Wound Solution. The colourless spray is suitable for fast topical irrigation, cleansing and moisturising of acute and chronic superficial wounds (including cuts, insect bites, piercings, and tattoos), reducing pain and scarring and keeping wounds clean and moist for faster hearing. The solution can be used post-aesthetic treatments and compliments Vitasept H, which is ideal for prepping skin before and during skin treatments to ensure skin hygiene.

111SKIN

111Skin has released a range of six Liquid Masks, catering for clients who are conscious about the sustainability impact of sheet masks. NAC Y² Recovery Mask targets oxidative stress and irritation; Contouring Firming Mask harnesses diamond particles to reduce the signs of ageing; Oxygen Express Mask encourages cellular processes; Microbiome Blemish Mask clears and calms the complexion; Quartz Exfoliating Mask is formulated with fruit acids to brighten; and Molecular Hydration Mask aids dry and dehydrated skin. Each mask delivers between 18-22 uses per tube.

Medik8

New Oxyresveratrol Brightening Peptide Solution from Medik8 tackles pigmentation from three angles for a brighter, more eventoned complexion. The lightweight serum contains antioxidant tyrosinase-inhibitor oxyresveratrol, which has brightening and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as Tetrapeptide-30 to interrupt the pathways that lead to discolouration and uneven skin tone; along with acetyl glycyl beta-alanine to stop overproduction of melanin in the skin cell. The serum is packaged in two 10ml clickactivated bottles for maximum freshness.

Novus Medical

Medical aesthetics distributor Novus Medical has added Sylfirm X to its portfolio, a new radiofrequency microneedling device to treat both the face and body, with a particular focus on rosacea, acne scars, melasma and vascular lesions, among other indications. It has eight different continuous wave bipolar RF delivery modes and uses bipolar non-insulated microneedle RF electrodes to uniformly treat the entire skin layer. It is billed as being able to target pigmentation and skin rejuvenation on all skin types with reduced treatment time and reduced pain and downtime.

The Luminous Collection by clinical skincare brand Image Skincare is a four-step brightening regime to illuminate skin as we enter the winter season. Ormedic Balancing Facial Cleanser contains botanical extracts and aloe vera to gently foam away impurities, Iluma Intense Brightening Serum blends botanical brighteners and Vitamin C to encourage an even-toned complexion, Prevention+ Daily Matte Moisturiser SPF32 provides an oil-free, antioxidantrich protective base with a mattifying effect; and finally, Ormedic Balancing Lip Enhancement Complex uses a polypeptide formula to hydrate the lips.

The brand has also released two new shades of I Conceal Mineral Foundation SPF30 – Mahogany and Deep Honey.
